The TLV62065DSGT is a high efficient synchronous step down DC-DC converter. With an input voltage range of 3.0V to 6V the device is a perfect fit for power conversion from a 5V or 3.3V system supply rail. The TLV62065DSGT operates at 3MHz fixed frequency and enters Power Save Mode operation at light load currents to maintain high efficiency over the entire load current range. The Power Save Mode is optimized for low output voltage ripple. For low noise applications, the TLV62065DSGT can be forced into fixed frequency PWM mode by pulling the MODE pin high. The TLV62065DSGT provides an open drain power good output. It provides up to 2.0A output current. Applications are (1)Point Of Load (POL); (2)Notebooks, Pocket PCs; (3)Portable Media Players; (4)Set Top Box.
