Product Summary

The LP3982IMM-3.0 low-dropout (LDO) CMOS linear regulator is available in 1.8V, 2.5V, 2.77V, 2.82V, 3.0V, 3.3V, and adjustable versions. The LP3982IMM-3.0 also includes regulation fault detection, a bandgap voltage reference, constant current limiting and thermal overload protection.
